Information we process

• License key hash, license ID, plan, paid status, and device binding status.
• Buyer email when provided for license delivery or support.
• Device identifier hash, device name, app version, IP address, user agent, and request logs for license verification, security, abuse prevention, and support.
• Payment order metadata from the payment provider when checkout is enabled.

Information we do not collect

HapLink does not intentionally upload VRChat chat messages, friend lists, avatar content, gameplay video, microphone audio, or local files for normal haptic processing.

Service providers

HapLink uses Cloudflare for license, update, announcement, database, and release file services. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.

Retention

License, order, device, security, and audit records are retained as needed for service operation, fraud prevention, support, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
