Digital license product
HapLink Pro is delivered as a digital license key. Once a license has been delivered, activated, or used to unlock premium features, refund eligibility may be limited.
Refunds may be approved when
- The buyer purchased the same license more than once.
- Payment succeeded but no license key was delivered and support cannot resolve the issue.
- The license was not activated or used.
- A major compatibility issue prevents use and support cannot provide a reasonable fix.
Refunds are usually not approved when
- The license was activated and premium features were used successfully.
- The license key was shared, resold, leaked, abused, or blocked for violating the Terms.
- The request is outside the stated refund window and no major product defect is present.
How to request a refund
Contact yxf723@gmail.com with your buyer email, order ID, license ID or license key prefix, purchase date, and reason for the request.
